ABOUT THE FIRM

White and Steele, founded in 1953, is one of the most experienced and well-respected litigation firms in Colorado and Wyoming. We are a full-service litigation firm, but our lawyers primarily represent defendants in civil litigation. We handle cases in and have a strong presence in the litigation bars of both states.

We staff our cases efficiently, with a shareholder typically handling a case with one younger lawyer. This ensures that an experienced lawyer has control over the development of the case.

The firm makes effective use of technology, both in the courtroom and during case preparation. We routinely use transcript and document search programs, trial presentation software, and online legal research. We continuously incorporate new technologies that help us present our arguments as clearly and persuasively as possible.
