Richard Kiely grew up in rural areas of southern Wyoming and Arizona before moving to Colorado in 2008.
Rich graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 2007. He spent two years working as a certified flight instructor for Mesa Airlines Pilot Development before attending law school at the University of Colorado. While in law school, Rich was an associate member of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law & Policy. After graduating in 2011, Rich clerked for the Honorable Christie Bachmeyer in Jefferson County, Colorado, where he gained extensive experience in civil litigation and trial practice.
Rich worked for a well-known civil litigation firm in Denver, Colorado, for several years before joining White and Steele, P.C., in 2016.
