Cati Shadakofsky obtained two defense verdicts in bench trials presented to judges in Denver and Jefferson Counties. The first case regarded an allegedly faulty installation of a car stereo that led to electrical wiring damage in the entire vehicle. After presentation of evidence, the judge rendered a defense verdict and awarded costs and attorney fees. The second case involved damaged contents to a package shipped by a local packing and shipping company. The judge rendered a defense verdict based on contract terms that limited the liability of the shipping company to a certain value agreed to by the customer.
