
Matthew Ralston was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio before moving to Colorado more than 20 years ago. Prior to receiving his law degree from the University of Colorado, he attended Middlebury College in Vermont, where he graduated with a degree in Environmental Public Policy in 1997.
While in law school, Matt was a member of the Rothgerber Moot Court Team, and a volunteer for the Lend-A-Lawyer volunteer program. After graduation, he began his practice with a focus in litigation in the state and federal courts. Matt worked previously as in house counsel for numerous insurance companies defending policyholders and carriers throughout the state. His practice includes personal injury and construction disputes in both personal and commercial contexts. In addition, he has handled numerous examinations under oath involving theft, fire, and personal injury matters over the years.
