Tracy Zuckett obtained dismissal of the client, a local charitable organization, by way of summary judgment on claims by plaintiff of breach of contract and negligent infliction of emotional distress. The Court found no relevant contract between the parties and further found plaintiff failed to establish any evidence to support the required elements of a negligent infliction of emotional distress claim.
